Transportation Policy
Dear Lexus Guest,
We are pleased to offer you alternative transportation when your vehicle is in for service.
We utilize Lexus, Toyota, and if necessary, Avis Rent-a-Car loaner vehicles which would also be subject to this policy. (All are referred to as “Courtesy Vehicles”.)
COURTESY VEHICLES: We are in the process of phasing in the Lexus Courtesy Vehicles. This process will take approximately eight months. During this phase-in process we will continue to use Toyota’s and if necessary, Avis Rent-a-Car. Thank you in advance for your patience.
LEXUS OF CHANDLER WILL MAKE THIS PROVISION FOR:
A customer who has made a service appointment and reserved a courtesy vehicle at that time.
The appointment for any maintenance or warranty repair is scheduled to take longer than 2 hours.
THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Returning the vehicle on the day that repairs are completed, or when scheduled. The customer will be responsible for a rental charge of $75.00 per day if the loaner vehicle is returned after the scheduled time.
Not smoking in the courtesy vehicle. There would be a $59.00 minimum charge for cleaning required in relation to smoking.
Any traffic or parking tickets while the courtesy vehicle is in their possession.
Repairs of any damage done to the courtesy vehicle while in their possession.
DISCLOSURES:
Must be 21 years of age, have a valid Drivers License, Proof of Insurance and a major credit card to secure a courtesy vehicle (must be presented at each visit).
Only the customer checking out the loaner vehicle may operate it.
The courtesy vehicle is not permitted to leave Arizona.
If Avis is utilized, the customer is subject to all rules, regulations and deposits of the Avis Corporation.
