I am the proud owner of a 2004 Lexus RX 330 and have been trying to get a replacement light bulb for my rear tail light.
 
I have been to the service department 12/16 and 12/17/08 and finally have the right bulb.  The first time I gave them the wrong information.
 
Please recognize Tommy in the Parts Department and Ms Boca (sorry I don't remember her 1st name), the delightful lady at the counter desk for their service.  They both were not only professional but so nice as well. They are knowledgeable and very tolerant on my lack of knowledge.
 
In a day and age where everyone is just a bit on edge with the economy and the holidays, it is so refreshing to meet such nice people.
 
They are an asset to Lexus of Chandler and their customer service should be recognized.
